I know this well because I’ve lived it.
A religious upbringing taught me to hide my sexuality. Years later, I was burned out from building a business as a single mother, running on empty and outsourcing my pleasure.
My way back was through my body. I rebuilt trust with myself and found depths of sensuality on my own. It became the source of the safety, trust, and aliveness that only I could give myself.
